  • I’m planning a birthday with family – Is it allowed to invite more guests than the maximum occupancy for a gathering or event during the day, without them staying overnight?
    No, we have a strict maximum occupancy limit, and guests are not allowed to have more people than the limit at the property at any time, including visitors.
  • Are towels & Linens included?
    Yes, all of our properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide two bath towels and one beach/pool towel per guest. We also typically include two beach chairs and an ice cooler.
  • Who should I contact if I want to learn more about your rental program?
    If you're interested in our rental program, please send an email to contactus@sjlistingsonline.com and include your full name, email, and phone number, along with details such as location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, etc. A San Juan Listings Online representative will contact you within 24-48 hours.

    The cancellation policy will vary depending on the listing.

    Yes, we provide some disposable amenities to get you started, such as soaps, shampoos, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent (if the property has a washer/dryer). However, we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities, so it's your responsibility to check what's included and buy more if needed.

    No, all of San Juan Listings Online's properties are non-smoking.
